What makes this assignment really fun is that many people are involved. From discussions with the management to a brainstorming session with the participation council. Everyone has given his or her input on how they see their new workplace. A mood board has also been supplied by employees to visualize their wishes. 3 floors in the middle of the city of Kralendijk with 36 workspaces and on the third floor a large conference room and a creative space to study. That is what we are going to work on.
